Communication: Getting Along

The success or failure of a group often hinges on how members communicate with each other. To use the old phrase ‘its not what you say, it’s the way that you say it’. In this clip the group get together to talk about a recent rehersal of their presentation. It is clear that Delia doesn’t think the rest of the group are giving her fair feedback on her performance.

Look at the analysis section of Episode 9 in the main resource. In this example the group are honest with each other, but offer constructive feedback and suggest ideas and techniques to help improve their presentation.
