Leadership: Do We Need a Leader?

Conflict is developing within the group; they have all interpreted the assignment brief differently. Some think they lack direction and need a leader, but the others don’t feel this is necessary. Shireen would like to be the leader but the rest of the group are voting for Delia - they think Shireen is too bossy in her attempts to organise and manage them.
