LEARNING AGREEMENT

This post was originally added to Learnhigher on:

Introductory notes and template for a learning agreement.  This agreement forms the basis for portfolio development for a PG Cert in Teaching and Learning in Higher Education, and it can be adapted for your own use.

Learning outcomes for this course were modified after year one of the course and the learning agreement template subsequently modified to accommodate the more specific outcomes. Both templates are given in the resource for comparison purposes.

Students on the course worked individually with a mentor to identify activities within their work which could demonstrate their achievement of the learning outcomes.

The resource is designed to be used with part-time adult educators, graduate teaching assistants and those who support learning in HE to form a framework for the development of a portfolio for assessment.
