Many students struggle with the maths aspect of their course. This is mainly due to not having done any mathematics since their GCSE studies. It is important to keep on top of your mathematics workload and not to leave revision of this subject area until the examination period.

There are many resources that are available for students to use to help bridge the gap between GCSE and undergraduate mathematics. However, the onus will be on you self-identifying that you need help and then dealing with the particular mathematical issue(s) that you have.
